He has successfully litigated and tried real estate disputes involving evictions (summary process), zoning/land use and civil rights against municipalities, encroachments, boundary, title, easements, deposits, construction defects, mechanics liens, lis pendis, undue influence, and misrepresentation / fraud, and prosecuting and defending G.L. c. 93A consumer to business disputes. He has successfully tried, briefed, argued, and defended a judgment in a zoning appeal case he at the Appeals Court.
